Our story
Pilao Nation began as pots of rice cooked for neighbours who kept asking for more. There's still only one kitchen — ours — and one cook who tastes everything before it leaves the compound. We picked pilau because it's the dish we make best, and we'd rather do a handful of things properly than a long menu badly.
